Who We Are

2024 marks our 130th year as an active congregation!

All Saints traces its history all the way back to 1894 Rossville near Poteet which is southwest of San Antonio.  We have been at our current location in Pleasanton since 1952. From Downtown San Antonio the drive is about 30 minutes.

Sundays at All Saints

Our Sunday Eucharistic Service is at 10:30 a.m. We have coffee, snacks and good conversations plus adult formation classes in our fellowship hall before and or/after our worship service. Currently we are renovating our children’s area and creating a small prayer chapel, both located adjacent to the sanctuary.

Our Episcopal Tradition

We are Christians by and through God’s saving grace. We are Episcopalians through the traditions and doctrines developed in the early Church, then out of the reformed and protestant Church of England and finally through the crucible of the American Revolution.

We are a part of the worldwide Anglican Communion which has over 85 million members.

Mission Statement

Shining the light of Christ in South Texas

What We Believe

We believe in and try to live by Jesus’s two great commandments: Love God with all your heart, mind, and soul, and love your neighbor as yourself.

We believe in the God given dignity all persons and our doors are always open to anyone and everyone. If you have a desire to learn about God and His “Good News” plan for His people, then we want to meet you. If you’re not sure, then we want to meet you. If you’re just passing through, we still want to meet you!

Our Community

We are small in size but big in heart. We regularly contribute to the Pleasanton Food Pantry, The Battered Women’s Shelter and the “somebodies” Thrift Store.

All Saints is making a new and truly intentional effort to reach out to the community of Pleasanton and neighboring communities. Each year, on or about All Saints’ Day, we sponsor an annual Blood Drive in partnership with the South Texas Blood and Tissue Center. We also hold a Barbecue for the Community that week. There is always some sort of community meal once a month at All Saints. Please come and join us for some genuine fellowship – bring a side dish if you like!
